Thank you for shopping with PokeBank! We’re committed to providing top-quality Pokémon cards and merchandise. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Note: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened booster packs, boxes, Bank Singles
  • Customized, altered, or special-order merchandise
  • Any product not in its original condition or missing packaging

4. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Include a photo and description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a suitable resolution.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received), we will provide a prepaid return label

6. Order Cancellations

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all canceled orders
  • Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve been opened on stream, processed or shipped

Once your order has been processed, shipping costs have been incurred and fulfillment may have already begun. At that stage, we are no longer able to cancel the order.
